All yard equipment is required to be stored in an up-to-code utility shed. Any refusal or non-compliance of all requirements and stipulations of said contract will result in violation and immediate breach and termination of contract and immediate removal from property.
Property is a single family residence ONLY. Buyer(s) and their minor child/children are the only person(s) that should be residing at said property. Buyer(s) are required to report and list ALL person(s) that will be living at said property on application and contract.
