We (my husband and I) are looking for a clean, tidy, reliable tenant to occupy our cozy house at our property (new construction completed in April 2024) on Opelo Road in Kamuela, Big Island. It has 2 bedrooms, 3 beautifully tiled bathrooms and a 2-car garage with a lovely yard. No pets, no smoking, no illegal drugs, no trailers, no boats, no large equipment, no additional storage and no gardening. There is no mail delivery to the property. The house is for residential purposes only. Yard service is included. It has a full kitchen including a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven and also a washer and dryer. Electricity and water is included in the rent. It is unfurnished. There is a two-vehicle limit. The house is walking distance from Merriman's, Moa Kitchen, Waimea Coffee Company, Hawaii Preparatory Academy Lower School, Parker School and the rest of town (extremely convenient location). One-year lease that will automatically extend to a month-to-month lease thereafter, or you can renew it for another year. Please contact me (Malama) for a showing. Employment verification, three most recent pay stubs, one current landlord and one previous landlord reference are required.
