Our visitors literally exclaim when they get out of their cars. Granite stone walls rise up on the north side of the property creating a warm south face. The mountains are climbable, and we've built a small cabin up top that you can hike to. When it rains there are creeks and waterfalls everywhere. In the winter these are icicles and spectacular ice falls. In summer there are wildflowers, and ancient junipers, and bighorn sheep, deer, rich bird life, butterflies. Hand built main house, 1800 sq feet, with open beams, south facing windows for a bright warm winter, 3 bedrooms. Upstairs master bedroom is log walled, with its own full bath, which opens out to a private deck viewing spectacular mountains right there on the property. Very private setting. There is a gorgeous additional 900 sq foot finished workshop which has been used as a music recording and art studio. Out the back door is a 7 foot natural granite heart rock, which has a waterfall behind it when it rains. There are sheds for your animals, and one old barn with hayloft. Property is fenced for horses.
