Very close to town but not in the city!! White river electric company. The view off the front porch is amazing, and then walk inside to the dining area and look out the window to the lake view on the neighbors land. No restrictions on this wonderful place. The home offer hardwood floors and a wood burning fire place. Very open feel to the home. The kitchen offers lots of cabinets new counter tops, tile back splash and tile floor. 3 bed rooms 1.5 bath. Double sinks in the main bath room.The utility room is amazing, with a large counter top and cabinets. The back deck is great for the family gatherings.
