The entire property is non smoking. It is not necessary to have a horse to rent this property. Horse arrangements would be separate from the house rental. Please drive by but do not enter the property without an appointment. Owner pays trash and 1/2 of electric and 1/2 water. Tenant pays all of gas, sewer, and 1/2 electric and 1/2 water.
