Room is 144 sf or you could opt to rent the space downstairs which includes small non-conforming bedroom and a larger living space connected to it. We keep one bedroom for our (the owners) occasional use- has been quite rare- mostly keeping for in case we get evactuated from our mountain home with fires in recent years.
