Included in the room is the bed frame you see in the photo, if wanted. All utilities are included in this price, including Wifi! A window unit air conditioner comes with the room. We have a strict no pets, no smoking, no overnight guests, and no parties policy. BEFORE doing a showing, we must receive an application, which includes a background and credit check.
