    What's special

1st FL apt directly across from Lincoln Park on Westside Ave. Beautiful original hardwood parquet floors throughout the apartment, carpet in the both bedrooms, tile in kitchen and bathroom. 1000+ square foot apartment, steps to NYC transportation, overlooking beautiful Lincoln Park. 2 bedrooms total, each with their own closet. Large living room, which connects to dining room, then you walk down the hall, past the side door on your left (to go outside) and bathroom on your right, to the Master Bedroom on the left, and the kitchen on the right. Utilities are NOT included. You are responsible for your own electric use and gas for your stove. Heat/Water/Hot water bill split with 2nd FL tenant. Great for roommates. If you were wondering NO FEE Apt is being rented out by me, the landlord. You also have you own Washer & Dryer. They are located in a pantry closet off the kitchen. No need to head down to the basement to do your dirty work. Have pets No problem Beautiful Lincoln Park is right out the front door! It's the largest park in Hudson County and it really is HUGE! It has kids playgrounds, tennis courts, baseball fields, football fields, soccer fields, pond where you can fish, huge water fountain, basketball courts, outdoor running tracks, picnic area, catering hall, baseball park concession stand, etc. Like to run, bike, golf (Lincoln Park West Skyway Golf Course), play ball, play cricket, volleyball anyone, sunbathe, well it's just GREAT in the summer. (Winters OK, just a little colder and less people). Why schlep to Central Park when you have it all just a stone's throw away Walking distance (2 blocks) to a couple Laundromats, cleaners, deli's, the BEST pub in Jersey City called New Park Tavern. They make the best burgers you will ever eat. You gotta try their burger! And their corned beef sandwich...yup- to die for. Tell Bobby that Keith told you so! You also have Chinese food, couple mini-marts, liquor store. Walk a couple more blocks and you have a small supermarket, fresh veggie mart, more pizza, more Chinese, a couple Philippine and Vietnamese places, bakery, fish market, Dunkin Donuts, Dairy Queen, Checkers, McDonalds, Enterprise Car Rental, PowerHouse Gym, and much much more. No need for a car- just like the city without the city prices... TONS of counter space and cabinets in the kitchen, and dishwasher and faucet are brand new. Bathroom is the reddest fire engine red color you can imagine. Previous tenant had to have this color and we left it that color since it is such a conversation piece. I can't forget to mention the backyard now, can I? You have access to the backyard! We also have a dog run (for them to do their business) in the backyard. Ahh...to be able to open a couple doors and let the pup out...no leash...no worries...yes- we have been living the dream and so can you! What else? Commuting! OK I used to work in NYC at 52nd and Madison. Takes me about 40 minutes door to keyboard. Work downtown? Then it only gets better! You have more options. Work down on Wall Street still? Commute is a piece of cake. Like 25 mins. And you can do the whole NY Waterway ferry thing if you want. Sooo nice in the summertime...you gotta try! You have a car? Nope- no driveway...sorry. You got on street parking. Almost always have a spot right in front of the house, if not across the street. Also have opposite side of the street parking on the side roads (Bentley and Gifford) if you need to park there for like 2 days in a row without moving. There is also the option to park around the corner at local church parking lot or some neighbors rent out monthly spots as well, for a fee of course. IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: The FURNISHED pictures you see in the photo gallery on this site are when previous tenants lived there. Apartment is currently UNFURNISHED. Tenant pays for own electric and own gas (stove/dryer). Tenant shares gas (boiler) with other tenant. Tenant shares gas (hot water heater) with other tenant. Tenant shares quarterly water bill with other tenant.
