The house is close to the light rail and walkable to most of South End's attractions. The Railyard (which includes Orange Theory and Rhino Market), Craft, Seoul, Hoppin and more are all within a few hundred yards. The house has 3 floors with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The 3rd floor has the master bedroom (with bathroom which is being renovated), 2 bedrooms, and another bathroom. The 2nd floor has the living area, including a bonus room, kitchen (recently renovated), and a half bath. The bottom floor has a spacious area that has been used as a bedroom since we acquired the property (includes full bath which is being renovated and a walk-in closet). Property also includes a 1-car garage with the ability to park 2 cars in the driveway. Located off Penn Street, a private drive, you get the convenience of being close to everything in South End while also being isolated from the thru traffic (walking and riding). It would be our preference that the next tenants be interested in a longer-term rental period, but we only require a 1-year minimum. A security deposit and your last month's rent will be collected at lease signing. No pets are being allowed at this time. Rent does not include power, gas, or cable.
