If you wish to not rent it furnished, we'd move out the furnishings and it would take a little longer for availability. We're flexible. Ask about pets if you have one. No smoking. We hope to retire here someday. We're looking for tenants that will respect the home and Forest. The neighbors have All lived here for years. Our home is currently furnished if you like or we would need to remove what you don't want/need. There is a piano we'd like to keep at the Home. There's a wood burning stove and electric heat, electric stove and oven. Comes with a washer and dryer you may use as well. There's high speed internet too.
