Cottage includes a new kitchen area with plentiful cupboards, new range, refrigerator, washer/dryer, floors, interior walls and doors, and on-demand hot water. It includes use of extensive, landscaped garden/patio/table, and barbecue. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The size is 24'x19' (450 square feet). It has three skylights plus French doors in front. The shower is a large 48 by 36 inches. It has a 17" dishwasher (but in the bathroom so is of limited convenience). $1,925/mo plus last-month in advance plus a security deposit. The security deposit is only $900 because the place is easy to clean. Landlord pays for water, natural gas, unlimited gigabit broadband, and trash. Electricity is billed on the last day of each month and since we have solar panels, is only 19 cents per kWh. Last month's rent due at signing. No Smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. Up to two cats (indoor-only) are allowed for an extra $25/month (no extra deposit) Tenants need to be Covid-vaccinated. On-street parking is available on a first-come basis; cars need to be moved for three hours once a month for street sweeping. References are required. Last month's rent and security deposit due at signing. No smoking allowed. One or two cats are OK but they must be indoor kitties because we need to protect our song birds.
