Very quiet, minimal traffic. Great neighbors!!! Wynford School district. We LOVE this home, but we've simply outgrown it. When you view the pictures, anyone with kids knows that a spotless home is IMPOSSIBLE even when trying to sell (especially with 4 of them) so keep an open mind and imagine yourself in this larger (2080 sq ft) but cozy old farm house built pre 1900. Wiring has been updated. We installed an add-on wood/coal furnace to supplement a fuel oil tank with forced air, also central air ready/capable. Come Fall, enjoy a harvest of peaches, plumbs, apples and pears from the fruit trees. There are also blackberries and grapes vines to enjoy making jams and deserts with. Large plot ready to garden with established asparagus for early spring............. Writing all of this down, makes us realize just how much we'll miss it here but life goes on!!!
