Basic amenities provided upon move-in: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, Kleenex, TP and wet wipes, body towels, hand towels, and washcloths, cotton swabs and rounds, hand soap and sanitizer, variety feminine products, makeup remover towelettes, laundry detergent and softener, iron, ironing board, and drying rack. There are also cleaning supplies, a vacuum, broom, mop, and bucket available in the apartment. Main bedroom has a full-sized Bear mattress and closet with full length mirrors. Furnishings included are: two nightstands, two lamps with soft white LED lightbulbs, digital clock with fully dimmable red lettering, opaque blinds and blackout curtains, bedside rugs, and a small dresser. There is a laundry hamper with cloth liner and a shoe rack in the closet. Second room is flexible and can function as either the living room or a second bedroom as needed. In the room: a couch that converts to a twin bed, a 3-inch memory foam topper available if futon to be used in bed mode, all bedding for bed mode, opaque blinds, a 32" TV, DVD player with Netflix, variety of games books and DVDs, a puzzle, CD player and variety CDs, yoga mat, blankets and throw pillows, and a small shelf with drawers that can be used as a dresser. Workspace is in the landing area between the two rooms and the kitchen. Desk is 39"Lx16.5"Wx30"H with an office chair. Included: desk lamp with soft white LED bulb, basic variety office supplies (pens pencils highlighters paper clips page markers stapler and staples paper etc), Bose Soundlink II bluetooth speaker with microphone, faux-fireplace space heater, shelves with drawers for organizing, air filter, desktop organizer, laptop riser, computer screen with HDMI cord, wireless keyboard and mouse, GCI 1-GIG Unlimited internet, and basic charging cables. Kitchenette is well stocked with everything needed to make and serve a meal for up to 4 people. The table is a small drop leaf table that is normally set up for 2 but can accommodate 4 chairs when fully expanded (all 4 chairs are part of the set and are included). In the kitchen: single basin sink, mini fridge, electric countertop range with two burners, countertop oven that fits an 8x8 pan or cookie sheet (both included), 5 qt crock-pot, cooking and baking utensils, stick blender, tupperware, pots and pans, cutting boards, electric wine opener, dish cloths and towels, cloth napkins, dish soap and drying rack, hot pads, and of course plates bowls silverware cups mugs glasses and wine glasses. There are multiple tea and coffee options: coffeemaker, electric kettle, French press, pour-over, variety tea bags, tea balls etc. Kitchen has French doors opening to the patio. Patio includes small propane grill with propane and grill tools. Outside is a fully enclosed yard with privacy fence, a fire pit with ample firewood and camp chairs, a picnic table, patio, and storage shed used for supply back-stock (apartment is vacation rental during the summer) and can be used if arranged. There are two off-street parking spaces and plenty of street parking. For your furry friends we have the following available upon move-in: dog bed, dog water and food dishes, doggy doo-doo baggies, cat food and water dishes, kitty litter box with liners litter and scoop, litter receptacle, and odor eliminating cleaning products.
