This house has a mini split system for AC and heat, kitchen stove, refrigerator, a stacking washer and dryer, microwave, a table and chairs, a dresser, and small desk. New tile flooring. THERE ARE STEPS leading up to front door and TWO STEPS leading up to bedroom. Tell us about yourself, your credit, rental history, income, pets and breeds, if you smoke inside or outside, and why you are moving and when. We will be glad to schedule a showing after you answer our pre-screening questions. MUST MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS: Each adult must have at least 700 credit, (except for federally funded applicants) no recent bankruptcies, verifiable steady monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent, no unemployment income, and good verifiable rental history, including at least 2 good verifiable landlord references. Rent $1,100., security deposit $1,100., application fee $45. per adult. Owners pay for sewer and trash. Tenants pay for natural gas, electric and water. One parking space for one vehicle only. ONE small cat OR dog upon approval. None of the following breeds, not covered by insurance are allowed: Rottweilers, pitbulls, German shepherds, Staffordshire terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Alaskan malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Molassers, certain wolf breeds or any combination of these breeds. No smoking or vaping. Tenants are responsible for weeding and raking leaves in the small yard. Tenants must have income equal to at least 2 1/2 times the monthly rent, good credit, and good rental history.
