Tenants pay for natural gas, electric and water. One parking space for one vehicle only. ONE small cat OR dog upon approval. None of the following breeds, not covered by insurance are allowed: Rottweilers, pitbulls, German shepherds, Staffordshire terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Alaskan malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Molassers, certain wolf breeds or any combination of these breeds. No smoking or vaping. Tenants are responsible for weeding and raking leaves in the small yard.
