Charming space with huge yard right behind abbot Kinney! The walk to my morning coffee at intelligensia is about 3 minutes. Everything you need is walking distance, including the grocery stores (Erewhon is a 5 min walk). I usually drive to Whole Foods but that's a 15 min walk. The walk to the beach through abbot Kinney is 15 minutes, so you have the best of both worlds- one of the most artistic streets in LA and the famous Venice beach boardwalk. Plus the other tenants barely ever hang out there. Parking is never an issue on the street, usually I part mine literally right in front of the door.
