This lease is intended for 12month duration, early termination will require tenant to pay 2 months worth of rent as a fee; that said, there will be no rent increase if you choose to renew lease 1 year after your 1st lease is complete. Landlord is responsible for all maintenance, tenant must reach out to landlord directly in case of maintenance requests. Tenant shall be subjected to lease agreement and addendums within it. Tours are available upon request; I will be present (physically) March 21st - 24th, so I can show you the property myself, otherwise, I'll have it shown to you by an associate.
