The post office, library, fire department, and police are all within about 2 miles. Plus, this part of PG county is really growing -- they are building $600,000 houses just a mile or so down Highway 5, the National Harbor area is a few exits down at Indian Head Highway, and (let's face it), this is the only part of DC not so overdeveloped that they have no room to build. It's the only part of DC predicted to have property values actually go up in the next couple of years -- so it's a great investment.
