The back yard does open to the creek and there are resident ducks. This house is not recommended for young children due to the exposure to the creek. Close to all kinds of activities including Spring Creek Trail, restaurants, Clackamas Town Center, Trader Joe's, etc. We comply with all applicable federal, state and locals laws.
