You are 2 minutes from the famous J.B.'s Fishcamp Bar and Restaurant. J.B.'s has fresh seafood and live music almost every night. You are also less than 2 minutes from the intracoastal waterway - think kayaking, manatee watching, and fishing! You are about 10 minutes to Flagler Ave, which is the main strip in New Smyrna Beach. Flagler Ave now touts several new trendy restaurants, luxurious spas, and unique shopping. The place is hopping all year long. And, of course, you are only one hour from Orlando (that is, if you ever want to leave the beach!). Orlando is home to upscale shopping, a culinary explosion of restaurants, and some of the best attractions in the world. The upstairs is not available for rent.
