All apartments have self-cleaning gas ranges, dishwashers and refrigerators, and lots of cabinets in the kitchen. There are also large cabinets in the laundry closet above the W/D hook-ups. (Photos are of representative apartment. The bedrooms are not the same size.) Dryer hook-ups are electric. Furnace, water heater, and range are natural gas. Each apartment has its own central air conditioning. Exterior doors are equipped with both dead-bolts and locks. To keep these new apartments in pristine condition, NO pets and NO smoking will be allowed. (We are very firm on these policies.) Landlord pays internet and water/sewer/garbage.
