About the Apartment: Rent: $690 per month (utilities are ~ $150 per person per month) Location: A 3-minute drive from UMass Chan Medical School; 4-6min drive from Target/Aldi's and other stores; 9min drive from Trader Joe's; 12-15min from downtown and other universities in the area. Common Areas: The living room, kitchen, and dining area are fully furnished (please see attached photos for reference). The room itself is unfurnished. We also have free washer and dryer access in the basement. Roommates: We are a medical and a graduate student at UMass - both relatively quiet and busy.
