This wildlife sanctuary is located 6 miles south of Melstone, MT and only 1.5 hour drive from Billings, MT (Montana's largest city). The ranch consists of 2315 acres that has rolling grass ridges, hayfields, meadows and timbered knobs and coulees that provides excellent wildlife habitat. The amazing road network in combination of lower elevation hills makes this a gentleman's hunting ranch as you can get to anywhere with a truck or UTV/ATV. The ranch has 6 wells ranging from 5-180 GPM along with a pipeline system that feeds 7 tanks. There is a natural spring and a 15'x20' pit where the elk love to wallow. In the spring of 2020, about 3/4 mile of gravel road, underground power, and fiber optic was installed leading to the home/cabin site location that has beautiful views of the property. A well was drilled at the this site in the fall of 2020.
