This is a very nice, quiet little neighborhood. Many shopping location convenient to the property and the Veterans Expressway is about 1 or 2 miles away. The town homes are set back within an older, established single family neighborhood with many old growth live oak trees, very pretty. Our town home community is very small and has a relatively low association fee, which covers basic cable, trash pick up, lawn maintenance, exterior maintenance, and a community pool.
