Exterior Features:Large 2 1/2 story brick home with a detached 2 car garage. Stone house with asphalt shingles, 3 broken windows and one already boarded on the side porch, moss growing on the sides of the home. Some of the gutters and downspout are broken. Roof shingles from the exterior seem to be ok but from the interior attic tells another story of active leaks to the home. Part of the yard is flooded due to heavy rain to the area and the Killbuck creek flooding from a recent storm. Exterior steps and porch are in need of repair due to cracking and settling.
