Only block away are boat rentals, para-sailing, stand up paddle boards, fishing, dolphin watch cruises, jet skis, kayaks and almost any water-sport imaginable. Located right off of Gulf Blvd, it's just a block from the beach, Corey Ave (downtown) cafes, diners, restaurants and some of the most popular beach bars in the area. Located near Sunset Way, you're just one block to Corey Ave, the tiny downtown area with great restaurants and local shopping. 1 mile down the road is 'Little Italy', an area with some amazing Italian Restaurants including my favorite; Tutturosso Right across the street is Rick's Reef.
