The property is 9 miles from Highlands, NC, and 6 miles from Sky Valley, GA. Pets are limited to cats and dogs less than 60 pounds in weight. Aggressive breed dogs such as, but not limited to Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, and German Shepherds or any dog mixed with the aforementioned breed, are prohibited. This breed restriction shall not apply to any service dog as certified as such by a nationally recognized K9 training organization, law enforcement, or the U.S. Military. Because this agreement specifically prohibits keeping pets without the Owners' permission, Tenants are limited to one pet as described above. An emotional service animal is not considered a "pet" and shall require documentation from a medical practitioner confirming the necessity for the service animal. There is a $150 non-refundable animal fee. The electricity is in the name of the Landlord and an electricity deposit is not required. The tenant shall reimburse the Landlord monthly. The Tenant is responsible for paying for the gas, ISP, phone, and electric utility on the Premises. Water is the responsibility of the Landlord. This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. Evidence of smoking will result in the total forfeiture of the security deposit.
