Parking is available for one small SUV or small/midsize car. The cottage is situated behind my main house and away from the street. The Oak Forest neighborhood across the road and Biltmore Park Town Square (within jogging/biking distance) are great places to run or bike. The Blue Ridge Parkway entrance is less than 2 miles away. Asheville airport is located about 15 minutes away. Ingles, Publix, and Whole Foods grocery stores, multiple gyms, and dozens of good restaurants are all located close-by. I have a one-bedroom AirBnB in my basement that I would consider renting for use as a studio or office. Owner pays electricity, water, and internet (wifi). No smoking. House to be rented to one (1) tenant. Will consider one (1) well-behaved, adult cat with a $500 non-refundable pet fee. The parking is limited to one (1) vehicle. The space available can only accommodate a small to midsize car (e.g., Honda Civic, Toyota Camry, etc.) or a small SUV (e.g., Honda CRV, Toyota RAV4, etc.). One year lease preferred, but I will consider shorter leases for a higher per month rate. Security deposit, first and last month's rent required.
