I.E., Switched 60 amp fuse box to 100amp circut box; added disposal & larger plumbing; new furnace, vinyl siding; new roof, remodeled (totally) kitchen & master bath; brand new very large deck Neighborhood Description This is an established hood with a lot of green...the houses are not so close. All single family. Most of us are professional, policemen, Dept. of Corrections, Dept. of Mental Retardation, etc. The bus stop is across the street, you can watch your child enter the bus. No one has had loud parties, so far, no crime here, & no police activity. No gossip, from neighbors, the kids in this hood are very well supervised by their parents.It is an older neighborhood, but all of the homes look in great shape, lawns manicured; we feel safe here & have pride of our neighborhood. It is called the "Bunker Hill" area and peers are inpressed with that.
