The house comes with updated appliances stove being propane, beautiful kitchen cabinets, new carpet, large deck and huge fenced in back yard. Property manager does not live onsite but can be reached anytime between the hours of 8-8pm. Rent is $2000.00 a month with a deposit of $2000.00 at signing however a $350.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit at the end of your lease. We will only except a year lease or more and renter is responsible for all utilities and yard upkeep.
