There's also a full kitchen, a fridge, tons of storage space and it is partially furnished (full length mirror, curtains, dining table with chairs). Rent is $1250 a month with all utilities covered. In addition to the studio apartment, there is off-street parking and a beautiful backyard which you are welcome to use. The only caveat is that there's no on-site laundry, but there is a laundromat within walking distance. Unfortunately, they are not able to accommodate pets, and smoking is not allowed inside. Responsible for your own internet, and clearing out snow behind your vehicle and stairs, and no smoking inside and no pets
