The studio apartment is located right off of the Casco Bay Bridge and next to the Thomas Knight Park, which is about a seven-minute drive from MECA or SMCC and a very reasonable bike ride for those who prefer two wheels. It is 340 square feet excluding the hallway and bathroom. There's also a full kitchen, a fridge, tons of storage space and it is partially furnished (full length mirror, curtains, dining table with chairs). Rent is $1250 a month with all utilities covered. In addition to the studio apartment, there is off-street parking and a beautiful backyard which you are welcome to use. The only caveat is that there's no on-site laundry, but there is a laundromat within walking distance. Unfortunately, they are not able to accommodate pets, and smoking is not allowed inside.
