There is a large front porch, small side porch, fenced back yard and a basement, half of which has been converted into a small gym. This building has 2 apartments and we, two young professionals and our dog Niko, live in the upstairs apartment. We are looking to rent the first-floor apartment to a like-minded family or group. The ideal tenant would be a family or group that is at a similar point in life, is excited about the space and making it an awesome living environment. The owner pays for trash and plowing, all other utilities including gas, electricity, and water are the responsibility of the tenant. There is 1 guaranteed parking spot at all times, and 3 parking spots during a snow emergency. There is always tons of on-street parking available. No smoking in the house. No cats. Dogs considered on a tenant by tenant basis with a requirement to meet the dog and an extra security deposit required.
