Most of the units in our complex have not been updated. Our unit has been updated very nicely with carpet in the bedrooms, wood laminate flooring in the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The bathroom has been newly completely remodeled; the kitchen has also been updated nicely. No popcorn on the ceilings! All new dual pain windows and sliding door have been installed. Ceiling fans in in the living room and both bedrooms. There is plenty of kitchen cabinet storage space and the bedrooms have large closets. Our complex has a newly redone pool and hot tub. We also have a steam room and a nice recreation/game room with a pool table, poker tables, and a ping pong table.
