The outside areas of the property and home must be maintained and kept neat and presentable at all times. Renter will be responsible for water, gas, electricity and any other home related fees like waste management. Any home or property repairs or needs should be reported to landlord immediately. Up to two well behaved pets are allowed but any damage associated with the pets will be the responsibility of the renter. There is no smoking allowed in the house. If any terms are broken there could be a fee of up to $500. Our current renters have been here for over 12 years and are very happy with their experience.
