It offers a beautiful, shared yard that is maintained by the property owner for your convenience. The kitchen features a brand-new fridge and a gas range stove, with a mural currently being painted to add a unique touch. Laundry facilities are on-site and shared with the neighboring townhouse. Nearly every room is equipped with ceiling fans, and air conditioning window units are in the process of being installed to ensure comfort year-round. Pets are welcome! Cats, fish, reptiles, and birds are allowed. The neighboring tenant has two small, friendly dogs that you may occasionally meet. Additionally, a fence to divide the yard is being added for more privacy. Smoking is not allowed inside. Please note, due to the shared yard and laundry space, we ask tenants to be mindful of noise levels, especially at night, and keep large gatherings to a minimum. The other tenant is a quiet, young woman who takes care of the yard. The townhouse is partially furnished, but we can remove the furniture and store it if you prefer to bring your own. There was an unexpected lease break, so we are still cleaning up a few details. The living room has a dark blue wall, which the previous tenant used along with the adjacent room as a bedroom. One of the bedrooms is being freshly painted and will be ready for move-in. The unit will be available by April 6th. The property owner will cover the cost of water services due to an ongoing leak in the yard. Once the leak is located and repaired, water will no longer be included in the rent, and your monthly payment will be reduced by $50. Tenants are responsible for electricity. Utilities will remain in the property owner's name, but the bill will be shared with you as soon as it's received. For your convenience, we're happy to set up an online payment system for utilities if that works better for you. Otherwise, utility payments will be due along with your rent on the first of each month.
