Great house for a family in a really quiet neighborhood. 1. No trees or plants will be removed from the property. 2. The front and back lawn must be maintained by using a professional gardener, paid for by the tenet. 3. The renters will be responsible to call for maintenance help and owners will pay for the cost of maintenance. 4. After end of lease, the lease will move to month-to-month, with the rent being $4200 per month, unless lease is extended in writing. 5. If tenant wants, they can perform a mold inspection at their cost. 6. The tenants must purchase Renter's Insurance with relevant coverages. This is mandatory. 7. Owners and tenants will do move in & move out inspection together. There will be a periodic inspection every 6 months based on approval by both parties. 8.
