I live in a large garden studio in Wrigleyville at the corner of Addison and Broadway. It's a clean pet friendly building with a laundry room a few steps away from my unit. The courtyard is updated and well-kept with a dog run and a patio seating area. In addition, the building engineer lives on site and is available 24/7 in case of emergency or if any situation arises. I have lived in the studio for over three years and have loved it. The neighbors are quiet and respectful and incredibly friendly. I will be moving out of the country at the beginning of September and will likely leave a lot of my large furniture behind (couch, desk, lamps, and a shelving unit). I pay an additional $175 a month for a private garage attached to the building and that will also be available if you have a car. Tenant responsible for all utilities, but gas, sewer, and garbage are billed through the property company.
