I will also rent house for $1450/month with you paying utilities (about $150/month). I require 1st, last and security to move in. Security deposit is a months rent. White room; $520 and is smaller with a sliding glass door to back yard. Green room; $535 Large with large closet. Blue room; $535 Large. house has; Dishwasher. Furnished common areas and kitchen. It has hard wood laminate floors, leather furniture, all stainless appliances. The house is right next to the bike path, so you don't need to drive. 4 minuets to ride you bike to the center of campus if you crank it. There is a nice back yard with a fire pit and a spot to do some gardening. Everything is included (heat, hot water, electric, Internet, parking), except trash ($1.50/bag) I do not impose any rules, but expect everyone to be accountable. This is my personal house.
