In April of 2013, 95-feet of galvanized piping was replaced to service the well, and a new pump and motor with an extended warranty was installed. Additionally, the roofing was completely overhauled two years ago, and a hunter green metal roof is now installed. Every window in the entire house has been replaced for better insulation and for larger views. The sliding doors are new as well, and they are all by the same manufacturer. All receipts and documentation can be provided upon request, and copies will certainly be given to the new owners of the residence. The chimney has been cleaned annually, and the most recent cleaning was done in April 2015. A new water-softener filter was installed by Culligan as well. The stainless steel appliances, a Jenn-Air gas range with a convection oven, and a GE refrigerator are included with the residence. Other amenities include great utility rooms in the basement, a spacious laundry room, carpeted basement and master bedroom, and hardwood floors throughout the family room and one of the bedrooms. There is also a reverse-osmosis filtration system in the kitchen. One wood-fired stove is a Napoleon, and another propane-powered stove is on the lower level. Additionally there are baseboard heaters on every floor, and built-in-wall heaters in all the bathrooms; each room has its own thermostat. There is also double detached garage with a concrete floor.
