Well-behaved pets are welcome per our pet policy with a fee of $100 per pet per month for up to 2 pets under 40 lbs each. It's just down the street from Fashion Valley mall, Costco, and Ikea, and provides a quick commute to Downtown, San Diego beaches, shopping, and dining. The entire community is non-smoking, and smoking indoors will incur a $400 charge. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., and no parties are allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person per night if not disclosed. There is a $100 fee for tampering with Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, locks, etc. Unlawful use of the home, including illegal activities or substances, will result in a $500 fee. Shoes should be off upon entry, and coasters and trivet mats should be used to prevent damage to surfaces. The garbage disposal should not be used for metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery. For monthly guests, there is a utility cap of $200, and guests will be responsible for any overages. HOA rules must be adhered to, or there is a risk of being deplatformed.
