The home was entirely renovated before the pandemic and the current roommates have been in place since shortly after. The home features three full baths, so nobody has to share. Connexion internet, city utilities (water/sewer/electricity), and natural gas split evenly among roommates, while the owner covers trash removal. Plenty of driveway and street parking and a two-car garage available for free use, as well as free use of the washer and dryer in the home. Additionally, the living areas are largely furnished and the garage is currently only used for storage, so plenty of room to park or store things. Currently requesting no cats or dogs, but that could be negotiable with the current tenants for the right fit; something contained within a cage or tank (ex: fish) would be fine in most cases. We ask for no smoking inside of any kind.
