The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house and are the same size, 13' x 11'. The main bathroom is off of that hallway. The den is off the far side of the kitchen and measures 12' x 10' and has a wood burning pot belly stove. The deck steps down to a mixed patio, turf, and planter area with a long cement area for a golf putting area, shuffle board, etc. There is a locking outdoor storage here and a large walk-in storage closet in the front that is approximately 7.5' x 7.5' The entire front of the property has a 6' privacy wall and inside between the wall and the house is a continuous stamped concrete patio with two fruit trees; one lemon and one fig.
