This space was a small chapel used by the previous home owners which was located at the back of the house. We converted this sweet little chapel into a two bedroom, one bathroom ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit). The unit is on the backside of vacation rental. The suite has a private entrance and its own very private patio with hot tub that we maintain. It offers a full kitchen, a large dinning room table and a living with 55" internet ready TV. The suite has a private entrance and its own very private patio with a firepit and hot tub that we maintain for you! It offers a full kitchen, a large dinning room table and a living with 55" internet ready TV. This is a summer vacation rental so we are only looking to rent the unit until June 10, 2025. Because we pay all the utilities, our pricing is based on a 2 person occupancy. Additional people will add $100 to the rent: maximum occupancy is 4 people. No smoking in the unit or on the property. We are located in a quiet rural area and have Quiet Hours from 10 pm to 8 am. If you use the hot tub or firepit during Quiet Hours, please keep your voice down. Parties and events are PROHIBITED! Our deposit is $1500 but if you are traveling with a dog there would be an additional $500 deposit and "pet rent" in the amount of $50 per dog. We allow a maximum of two dogs. Our property is large but NOT fenced. You would need to keep your dogs under control at all times. As an option for the security deposit, Furnish Finders offers "Worry Free Waiver" security deposit policies. In lieu of paying the full $1500 and pet deposit, we can offer this option for an additional $69 per month. We do not charge for certified service animals. We follow the ADA's guidelines on service animals, which is "the service animal would have to be individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with disabilities and be with that person at all times." Although we welcome, Emotional Support animals, they do not qualify as service animals so the pet deposit would apply. There is a washer and dryer that is available but it is shared and a schedule would need to be worked out.
