The unit is on the top floor and the only wall sharing neighbor is very quiet. The property features 2 pools, a great fitness facility, and valet trash pickup! The property has a deal with Cox on the internet and TV which costs 90 dollars which has saved me 50 dollars a month when I had my own plan. With rent, tv, internet, water, trash, and sewage the total owed monthly is just over $1200. You really can't beat this deal given the location and amenities. Rent will be prorated for February and I will have my deposit transferred over. You will have to apply through the office and pay an application fee.
