    Firstly, must mention this Z estimate is not based on the entire 5 acre property and all buildings. Just verified my local tax information, looked at what Zillow showed. Zillow is not even showing that with accuracy. This Z- estimate is based only off of the home, garage an roughly 2.3 acres. The remaining land with the barn equals the 5 acre total. This portion was bought later. Tried to have this made accurate with Zillow, however they claim no can do. They only collected data on the first portion purchased. Also no large Oak in backyard, unfortunately. Second aerial in past 2 yrs. Gas station, fine dining less than 2 miles. Lodging 7 minutes away with new Hotels. Just 10 miles from town.
