Two bedroom country home...it was a three bedroom, but one wall was taken out to make one large bedroom on each end of house. Good sturdy bones. Some work was in process and never completed. All things are cosmetic, except two. Not sure if bank will finance because of laundry room. I am open to owner financing at reasonable terms and decent down.
