Perched just two blocks from the endless excitement of Jasper's downtown is this spacious house which is perfect for everyone to enjoy. Plus, you can take your pick of a distillery, a winery, shopping, and pop into local eateries mere minutes from your front door. All that Downtown has to offer is within walking distance! Property comes fully furnished with all utilities covered, smart TVs in every bedroom, a gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped, and landscaping is provided on a weekly basis from March through November. 30 day stay minimum. Perfect for anyone who is waiting on new construction to be finished, has had an insurance claim (insurance placement welcome!), the traveling professional who wants access to the mountains, or anyone thinking about what living in Jasper is like! All utilities and internet are included. Garbage pickup is included and done on Saturdays. There will be a $250 cleaning fee at the time of move out. Minimum rental length is 30 days and less than 365 days. No smoking/vaping allowed inside the home. There is a $500 fee for evidence of smoking inside the home. Pets have a nonrefundable $250 pet fee to cover cleaning the duct work after move out.
