One is located through the front of the building itself and then up a few stairs to the 2nd floor, and the other is located on the side of the building which gives you direct access to your utility room. If you go through the front entrance you will walk directly into your living room which does offer a very spacious closet. This home does have a separate dining room area directly off he kitchen and the kitchen itself does come with a refrigerator and oven/stove. The utility room is also located off of the kitchen. This is where your hot water tank, furnace, and washer and dryer connections are found. The two bedrooms are towards the back of the home along with your bathroom and linen closet. The back yard is of course shared with the other 3 apartment homes in this building, but is perfect for outside grilling, your kiddos to play, or even sitting outside to just relax and read a book. It is located in the Historic area of downtown Weston and has a gorgeous park just minutes from the property. The building itself is at the very end of Summer Street on the left hand side right next to a beautiful treed area. In order to reserve this home we will need the following...
