The lease term is for 12 months. We do accept shorter term leases, but it does impact the monthly rent. We expect first month's rent and the security deposit to be paid upon the signing of the lease. Background checks ($55) are required as well as a completed application. First come, first served (completed application and background check must be submitted to hold apartment pending approval; if approved you will have 48 hours to sign lease and submit the first month's rent, monthly maintenance fee, and deposit in order to secure the unit).
Pets are allowed. There is a $125 deposit per cat /smaller dog and $250 for every dog over 45lbs. Aquarium up to 15 gal. are $50. These deposits are non-refundable. The total number of animals permitted in each unit cannot exceed 3 without special written permission from the landlord. The deposit will be waived for service animals. We do not permit livestock, exotics, or poisonous animals or any kind.
Utilities are not included.
Proof of renters insurance is required within 30 days of the start of the lease.
