This sweet one bedroom (queen bed) + loft (twin bed and desk) is available for rent by the month. Note that this place is quirky and older--floors are old and worn with rugs covering and bathroom has not been fully updated. Off-grid requires running the generator every one to two days. Hot water heater is touchy due to variable well water pressure. Occasional snow in winter but not continuous, as home is situated at lower elevation at the edge of the mountains. Outdoor bath offers a very special rustic hot tub experience among the trees in winter. Please note that rent is $1500 in the off-season but higher at $2000-2500 (depending on length of commitment) in summer high season due to demand. No smoking allowed.
