The house is at the end of the road and there is very little through traffic so it is usually nice and quiet. Pets are welcome. The backyard is huge and it is all fenced in. There is a doggy door that leads out of the kitchen into the garage. If you have pets, I am requiring a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. This is so I can clean the carpet when you leave. Stove, oven, range (above stove), dishwasher, food disposal, and refrigerator are all included. I am asking 500 dollars for a security deposit. I am also offering a lower rent based on the length of the rental lease agreement (i.e. The longer the lease, the less the rent). Besides the security deposit, the only money up front will be a $25 credit check fee (waived for military). There is no application fee.
